PTCL is bringing advertisement free World Cup 2015 for cricket lovers nationwide. In order to facilitate the enthusiastic fans, PTCL has unveiled a new SmartTV application that will provide uninterrupted World Cup experience on mobile phones, tablets and laptops.
The SmartTV application comes with the ‘Time Shift TV’ and ‘Pause and Rewind’ in-app features enabling viewers to double their fun by being able to catch every exciting moment of the match. In addition to these features, PTCL subscribers will also get access to 150 digital quality TV channels.
The service is available at Rs. 500 for the entire World Cup. And even though it is written in the FAQ’s that the service will be available for free for 4Mbps, 8Mbps, & Charji customers. But don’t fall for that. We called and confirmed that it is a mistake on PTCL’s behalf and they will be removing this shortly.
